Mr. Carter grew up in Lund, Nevada and after receiving a Master's degree in 2017 in Clinical Social Work at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, he returned to White Pine County. He has worked at David E. Norman Elementary as a School Social Worker and Dean of Students. He has also been employed by Ely Mental Health Clinic and William Bee Rire Hospital/Clinic. While he was employed at these locations he completed his clinical internship and is now a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. He looks forward to working at White Pine Middle School.
